Hi, I'm Wardee and I've been teaching wives and moms how to make healthy sourdough bread and baked goods for over 15 years.
TRUE sourdough bread... bread made with long fermentation the way God designed... has a significantly lower glycemic impact than regular bread.
That means it doesn't spike your blood sugar the way store-bought bread does. The long, slow fermentation breaks down the starches and sugars in the grain before you ever take a bite.
